Required: high speed blender

Ingredients
Half banana
Handful Frozen raspberries or strawberries (can be fresh)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
250ml – almond milk
Put everything in high-speed blender and mx. Sip slowly for 30 min to allow better digestion and slower absorption of sugar into bloodstream.
