Coffee shake

Makes 250ml

Prep: 10 min

You need high speed blender

 

½ banana

1 cup of brew cold coffee (can be decaf, or chicory)

Handful of ice

1 scoop of protein powder (optional) 

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp almond butter (optional) or coconut oil

Maple or date syrup to taste

 

Blend everything and serve
