Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant. Turmeric is fat soluble vitamin that is why we are adding some oil to the milk.

Ingredients
1 cup milk of your choice (hazelnut is delicious)
 ½ tsp. ground ashwagandha powder
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground ginger
 A pinch of ground nutmeg
 1 tsp coconut oil
 1 tsp of maple syrup of honey
 1 tsp turmeric
Instructions
1.    Bring milk to a low simmer, don’t boil
 2.    Once the milk is hot whisk all ingredients apart from coconut oil, gently simmer for 5 min
 3.    Stir in coconut oil (it melts quickly) and poor into a cup. You can sweeten with honey and maple syrup.
